"Hello Sir. This is Aaron, I scheduled your appointment when you called and in took you when you came in. You had a couple of issues with your 2003 Hummer H2, one of which we were doing some testing on and another that we were going to assess. The initial issue, the vehicle running rough, was followed up on and we found that there were a couple exhaust manifold bolts that were broken. My technician did an assessment on the second issue, which was described as "the air ride suspension continuing to adjust when then vehicle is turned off." During our assessment, we did find a C0631 RR Position Circuit Range/Performance code stored in the system. We were authorized to perform some additional testing to confirm the root cause of that. The air ride level relay and level control sensor were both found faulty. After conversing with you and given the ok to proceed, we installed the relay, sensor and performed our final testing. The air suspension module lost the trim height calibration and unfortunately we did not have the trim brackets or GM factory tool to reset it. We let you know that the dealership would be able to address that and apologized for any inconvenience. While your vehicle was here, we stayed in communication with you, ensured the vehicle remained indoors, as you specifically requested, and all the work we performed was without issues and is under a nationwide 3 year/36 month warranty. In addition to that, we did provide a courtesy shuttle for you, discounted some of the testing time and gave you preferred pricing on parts. With all of that, I do not understand your grading on your review. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you would contact us to let us know what we could have done better. I know I wasn't here through the entire course of this visit, but Honest-1 Auto Care did do due diligence to ensure that you got the best service we could have provided."
