From the first contact with Catherine, to the end of the job when I received a very professionally written report on the condition of the house I was selling. It was a rather expensive home and it was 12 years old so I thought that before I put it on the market I would have Home Team Inspection Service of Vancouver do a complete inspection so I would not be surprised by any future home inspection brought forward from the buyer.
The Inspection team, yes there were 2 professional Inspectors that showed up, on time. I could tell they had done their jobs before as each went about their chosen fields of expertise. They were under the house and on the roof and were done in about 2 hours. That was noon. By 5:00 that afternoon I had my report in hand.
I was very impressed and would highly recommend Catherine and her crew to anyone!
