My only concern is that they had to cancel a few times in the short time we used them. We strip beds, wash sheets, etc the morning of house cleaner arrival and make other arrangements to make their visit flow smoothly, so a last minute cancellation impacts us quite a bit. My only suggestion is that if one of the 2 cleaners is unable to make it, it would be great to have them offer to send one to do the bare necessities so homeowner impact will be lessened.

(I will admit the other services were less expensive, but what is the point if I feel like I need to clean when they leave.)
The owner, Jolene, is very responsive. She is not always the one here but her staff is also excellent. We only had one time where a shower wasn't clean to their normal standards and it was addressed immediately. In general, I don't think our shower or house has ever been this clean. Great, reliable service!
