+ -1 moreShowed up on time, did a good job and left no mess. The only problem was one of the downspouts was cut too long and was almost touching the ground. There was no way to put a splash block under it. I called and was told they would be out in a day or 2 to fix it, but it took about a week. The office person said they were swamped with work, which is why it took so long to get back to my house. The important thing is, they did return and fix it, and I'm very happy with how the gutters function and look.
Description of Work: Replaced all the gutters on my house.

Owner called at a later date, apologizing for the failure to contact us., Was very convincing and we regret the previous bad review we gave. We have had a number of non-responses from various contractors, and were excessively irritated at another. We really now feel we should have not given this bad review only based on a failed phobne call return and suggest that anyone exploring this company should not take our cranky F review seriously.

+ -1 moreWe had a small job that most gutter companies wouldn't have bothered with. But it was important and needed to be done. We contacted Steve and he graciously agreed to the job. We needed a small section of gutter replaced, it needed a downspout hole, and it had to match our existing gutters. He did a perfect job, and we picked it up at his business. The price was incredibly reasonable, the gutter section was made the same day, his staff was friendly, and Steve was very accomodating. We couldn't be more pleased, and will absolutely hire him again when we need gutter repair or replacement.
Description of Work: We needed a small section of gutter replaced, and it had to match our existing 14 year old gutter.

Description of Work: Promptly came out for estimate. I asked them to install the gutters with only two days notice. They were able to come out that quickly, installed as requested, and the estimate was honored even though we added some additional features that should have cost more. Friendly, and quick. I was impressed that the owner stopped by when the job was done to inspect the house and make sure that we were satisfied.
