Gil and team were extremely responsive and professional in all our dealings. We had requested quote from several
companies several did respond to our requests or were very high.
Communication was great, they told us what the time frame was to complete the job and they more than met our expectations.
He gave us our choice of paint products, which made my husband very happy.
Other companies had quoted us a higher rate due to the steepness and difficulty of our roof, Gil did not charge extra for this.
They began work and spent one full day pressure washing, they spent one full day prepping the house. We really noticed
the quality of their workmanship in the prep work.
Gil showed up on the Fourth of July unexpectedly and asked for our permission to work (due to the cooler weather)
promised they would finish and clean up prior to arrival of guests. Even our neighbors were impressed with how diligently they worked during the holiday.
Gil identified a door and frame that had rot, and suggested that we replace the door, rather than pay him to do a patch job
that would not really resolve the matter, which saved us money and added value to our home.
Every day that they worked they did a complete clean up around the house and yard before they left for the day.
We had some wood rot around the front windows and some siding that was bad. They did such a good job replacing
the damaged wood, we can't even tell where the bad spots were. It made our 25 year old house look like a new house!
They finished in a timely matter. We contacted them week later to make the final payment. We highly recommend
GT painting to our neighbors and friends.
