 + -1 moreHis game is to collect money, but not deliver professional work product. Steve Hague talks a good game, but does not deliver. He is not competent, nor are his interpersonal skills with county building officials at a professional level. Unbelievable! Do not talk or consider using this unprofessional, incompetent person.
Description of Work: Hired him to design a small passive solar house. He has no clue about passive solar design. I had more experience than he did on design and solar attributes. He signed a contract, but did not deliver plans for a house.For example, he and the contract indicated he would deliver house plans that would be approved by the County Building dept. When delivered to the County, they refused to accept them because they were not complete. After he claimed to make corrections, I redelivered the plans to the county building dept. They again refused to accept them; we got Hague on the phone to discuss the plans. Instead of listening to the building plans inspector to figure out how to make the plans viable, he argued with the inspector and indicated "You do not know what your doing" TO THE INSPECTOR.
