This store is amazing for DIY. The staff offer professional level assistance. I have been a regular fixture since moving to Vancouver four months ago, and every help desk worker was enthusiastic about solving my problems. I also love not having to walk around looking for help. They use a number pull-tab system, so you just wait your turn.

I have visited Grover's numerous times but never more than during this remodel. The sales people there have never failed to be knowledgeable and very helpful. Grover's carries a large inventory, and the prices are reasonable.

STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS AND FUNCTIONING OF PIPES. INCLUDING RECOMMENDED AND NECESSARY PIPE DIAMETERS, FLOW RATES AND FLOW PRESSURES. THEY CARRIED ALL SUPPLIES IN STOCK.
