 + -1 moreGrand-View Landscape was the sub-contractor for our home builder. We had Grand-View excavate and prep a large paver patio area for us to install our pavers as a DIY. They did not use a geo-textile landscape fabric under the compacted rocks. We found out later this is required to ensure patio stability in wet conditions. When we called to ask them to return to correct the work, they said "no." In addition, the compacted rocks are not graded and leveled to our satisfaction. We also requested, in advance of installations, a specific tree, a Crape Mrytle, and the request was denied. Grand-View selected a fruit tree instead. When we asked them to swap a fruit tree out for a Crape Mrytle the request was denied. Grand-View completed all of their work quickly.
Description of Work: Excavated and prepared an area of our backyard for future home owner installed pavers. Planted four trees. Installed irrigation.
