Roofing
The owner is charming and the job was done quickly, in 2 days. However, I am very dissatisfied with the work. They were not careful about throwing material from the roof and broke limbs of shrubs below. They did a poor job of cleaning roofing materials out of the yard. There are now nails from the roof coming through my ceiling in one room and through the ceiling/roof of the front porch, splitting the ceiling wood in both cases. Although he acknowledges the damage by saying "That Joe!" about his employee, the owner claims it is "to code" and won't repair his damage. More damage done by Graham's General Contracting: they misaligned the gutters so that rainwater does not flow into them in several spots. It is a mess.
