I'm very happy with his work! His price was more than fair and he showed up when he said he would. First thing he did was set up dust barriers to keep the other areas of our house clean. I gave him the house key, moved down to the basement for a few days, and stayed out of his way. It worked out great! The original floor finish was in rough shape and now they look perfect! He even managed to reduce the squeaky noise in the hallway.
