The owner,Roman Sobolewski,was dependable and followed through with the job as planned.
He spelled out everything in detail on the contract with no surprises.My sunroom turned out absolutely wonderful,I couldn`t be happier! I have experienced one winter now with it and am happy to report that there has been no leaks or problems whatsoever through the heaviest of rain and snow storms.MICHAEL D.

Excellently. Demo of existing kitchen tool 2-3 days, followed by concrete and framing (luckily it only rained 2-3 days), quickly followed by glass installation. Roman's engineers were able to avoid a weight-bearing post in the middle of the solarium by using an steel A-frame. He was also able to recover at minimal cost from an architectural error. Only two plan changes were needed (extras added by me) that increased the cost by $1500.
