WE SELECTED SEARS TO SUPPLY OUR NEW HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. WE THOUGHT SEARS WOULD COMPLETE THE JOB USING SEARS EMPLOYEES. INSTEAD SEARS CHOSE THIS COMPANY TO DO THE INSTALLATION & WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK MANY TIMES DUE TO AN INADEQUATE NUMBER OF VENTS & POORLY INSTALLED VENTS WHICH ALLOWED INSULATION TO BLOW INTO OUR HOMES EACH TIME THE UNIT CAME ON.
