Pete Morris did an awesome job converting our 3 car garage into a beautiful 1 bed, 1.5 bath 1,000 sq ft ADU for us. Pete provides full service from engineering to permitting and all constructions services. We didn’t need to hire on anyone else since Pete has a complete crew of all necessary craft labor every step of the way from engineers, permitting agents, plumbers, HVAC, electricians, dry-wallers, painters, counter tops, cabinets, bathrooms, framers, flooring, siding, finish trimming, etc. Pete also coordinates and schedules things so well that our project got done efficiently while communicating well with us every step of the way. He involved us in every key decision but also offered his recommendations as challenges arose which we followed and were very pleased with his recommendations.
