I strongly recommend William Miller as seller's agent. My situation was a bit challenging but he dug in and worked with me. His advice was great. He got the property sold and helped me solve a few problems along the way.

My father recently had several strokes, and as a result had some memory challenges. He needed to downsize and sell his home, and working full time myself and managing my own family stuff along with his medical care was overwhelming. We had Julie sale our home a few years ago and absolutely loved working with her. I did not hesitate and reached out to her to see if she would take on his home to sell, and represent him as his realtor. I am so grateful I did, she handled everything, and was incredibly patient with my dad, during the process. The home sold very quickly, and the transaction even with a few minor issues (with a previous title issue, nothing related to the present transaction) was seemless, Julie managed everything. Julie takes extreme pride in her company, she’s honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and above all a wonderful person. Ashley Engle exceeded our expectations! I am very precise and particular. I wan't somebody who I know will get the job done without hesitation.
