? ?I am very ?pleased with my windows. ?I selected Four Seasons after getting 4 estimates and comparing windows. ?Our schedules for installation didn't always mesh, but they communicated well and the windows were installed shortly after they arrived. ?Jamie's two assistants were introduced, and were always polite and pleasant. ?There was an error in the delivery of two windows, but they got on the problem immediately. ?They informed me when they reordered (the same day), and installed them within a couple of days of their arrival. ? ?The process had been carefully explained when I ordered the service, including the extra caution for lead paint in my older home. They were organized in their work so got done without delays.?They went about their jobs with little disruption for me. AND they cleaned up after themselves, inside and out.?? A plus in my books. The paper work for the refund from the electric company was handled by the company. ? ? ?I would recommend this company to anyone for their professionalism, the quality of their work, communication skills, and clean-up.? Sam (the owner) came over within 48 hours to give me an estimate. Four Seasons had replaced three windows in our home a few years ago I was ready to have Sam place the order. It took about 2 weeks for the windows to come. Sam called me and we set up an appointment that would be convienant for me. Four Seasons employees were very professional and personable. They were done replacing both windows in about an hour.

Everything went great. From the first meeting for an estimate, all the way to completion of the job they were very professional, quick, and courteous. They were carfeull to take our needs into account, and tailor the job to meet them. The windows had to be customized to be installed, and they did that without hesitation, as well as a great job installing them. The end product looks great!

They did a very nice job. They were very efficient and cleaned up everything well when they were done. They scheduled another employee to come and inspect the work 2 days after and he made sure that every last thing was covered. They filled out the paperwork for the PUD rebate and sent it in. The best part was that they worked on Saturday so that I did not have to take a day off.
Do ask if they are approved to do the work that will qualify you for PUD rebates, not all contractors are.

We had to correct a few things that they didn't have to our satisfaction. They did correct them. The garage door still swings open if you don't shut it all the way. It wasn't plumb and we just gave up on that one. It was a difficult application because it was a stick built building that was built about 30 years ago. I will use them again in the future.

We were so, so pleased with Four Seasons Contracting. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly from the moment we called them. Both Sam and his son, Aaron, spoke to us personally and came over to take the measurements and follow up quote. The men who completed the job were very quick and efficient. We LOVE our new windows! Sam also helped us to choose windows that resulted in a rebate from the manufacturer. Our only regret is that we didn't have our 2 remaining windows done by them, which we may still do down the road. I can't say enough good things about them!

Using Angie's List, I contacted Four Seasons and a Portland company. Both responded quickly, and Aaron from Four Seasons came to the house and crawled above and below for his estimate. The Portland company provided an estimate over the phone. Aaron sat down with me and went over in detail what needed to be done, and notified me of some exhaust vents in the attic that currently didn't meet code. He also gave me a brief history of the company. He told me that it was started by his father, Sam, and all of his workers are employees, not subbed. Aaron mailed the quote inside of one week, which was easily HALF of the quote from the Portland company. After confirming the price, he sent his crawlspace crew over the following week, which happened to be the week of Thanksgiving. Anyone remember how COLD it was? Nevertheless, the crew stayed under the house and finished the job with the temps in the teens! After the Thanksgiving holiday, Aaron came back with some attic help and blew in the insulation. It's AMAZING how much difference insulation makes in the house. I have already referred them to two co-workers, and would use again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much, you guys!

It went well. They estimated one day for the single installer to finish his work, but it took him two days. WHen he finished, he left without saying anything to us that he was leaving. I needed to call a couple of days later to confirm that all was done. The contractor returned to inspect the installers work, and the owner personally fixed one small area, about a 15-minute job. They all were professional and pleasant and willing to do the work correctly.
UPDATE, November 2012. Recently I had a plumber do some work under the house. He told me that he'd seen a place where the furnace ducting had become disconnected and dislodged. He said it appeared that a support had been removed to install the insulation and not replaced. The weight of the ducting eventually caused it to sag and break away from the connection. Was Four Seasons has been the only service under the house, I wrote to them to tell them about the problem. I wasn't expecting much. An acknowledgement or even a denial would have been better than what I got, which was to be ignored. I have never heard from Four Seasons since advising them of this situation. I had to take another day off work and pay someone else for additional service to get the problem taken care of. So I have changed my grade for them in several categories. And it's not likely I'd consider them for a job I have in the near future.

Sam did a great job. Immediately following the work there was a leak during rain. He came out right away to fix it and it has not leaked since. There was no charge for fixing it. He is very responsive and very service oriented. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

Sam gave us a bid to replace basement windows and to re-size a bathroom window on an older (1938) home with vinyl siding. Because we were making our bathroom window smaller, it required us to find vinyl siding that matched what we currently have. Sam took some samples and found a great match. The crew that came out to do the work were positive and friendly and attentive to our circumstances. It turned out that there was too much decay in the concrete around two of our basement windows for them to do their job well. My husband was going to patch it himself, but when Sam gave us such a reasonable price to repair it ($50 total), we just had them do it. It looks great.

It was great. Sam, the owner, was incredibly responsive, personable, and professional. He answered all my questions immediately and and concerns I had he was right on top of. He put up with me changing things all the time. One of the windows came damaged from the factory so they had to reorder it, when the replacement window came it was the wrong one, so they had to reorder it again, but they were great about everything and in the end I was happy.

The job overall was excellent, from beginning to end. I was extremely happy with Sam coming to give a free estimate, and when the guys pulled up in my driveway, they were very friendly, and professional. They worked very hard, and the overall job is very nice. I would recommend Four Seasons Contracting to anybody, anytime.

Sam was very polite when quoting and setting up the appointment. The workers came on time both days and performed the job well. Sam was very reasonably priced, he beat out all other competitors by a long shot. There were a couple of problems from the manufacturer, but Sam went over them and had everything fixed within 2 weeks (had to get new window).

I FELT THAT THEY DID AN OK JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AT CONTACTING US FOR THE INITIAL VISIT. BUT, THE TWO PEOPLE THAT SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK WERE TWO RATHER YOUNG GUYS. I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THEY GOING TO BE DOING THE WORK. THERE WERE A FEW MESS-UPS ALONG THE WAY, BUT THEY DID OWN UP TO THE MISTAKES, AND MADE GOOD ON THEM.
