Prompt, polite painter arrived on time with all supplies. Spent a lot of time moving and protecting my furniture and prepping the area to be painted, he was courteous and very competent! The room looks great.

This is the fourth time we have used Fletcher painting. That should tell you we are satisfied, repeat customers. From start to finish the job is always done correctly, cleanly, with a written quote that comes in at the quote amount. Next time we need painting, or any of the other services that Fletcher painting provides we call John. Thanks for a great job.

They returned my calls and always arrived on time. The estimate was very thorough and specific, so I would know exactly what to expect. And, I have to say the hand printing on the proposal was very neat and legible. I appreciate that. It made me think these people care about doing a good job and I was right!
The painters prepped the house, covered the windows, doors, ground and plants, then painted two coats. It took about two and a half days. They tidied up at the end of each day. Everyone was polite and had a positive attitude.
They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before asking for payment. I think it was worth every penny, my house is beautiful!

We purchased a home in October and I called around for bids on a few painting jobs that needed done that i didn't want to do myself. John was great to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly, and was willing to divide the bid into and quot;projectsand quot; that I could have done over a couple of paychecks. I had researched a bit and knew that they offered a discount on their pricing in January and February so we scheduled the work to be done during that time.
I was very happy with the work his painters did. The trim and doors took several layers of oil based paint (and the french doors a lot of taping) and they look beautiful. We've been in our home almost a year now and I'll be calling them again for other projects we have coming up.

They were reliable and the workers were very professional and competent. I would definitely use them again in the future.

John and his crew did everything they could to make us happy and they did. We feel they made and all out effort to please us, doing little extra's to make for a terrific job. We had other bids that were less ( as well as some that were much more) but the extra cost was worth every penny and we thought their price was a fair one.

We recieved two bids from painters that an interior decorator and Angies List also recommended. First bid was lower but did not detail out how much extra it would cost to run a second coat of paint, which our interior needed since we were using dark colors over a light colored interior. The bid from Fletcher painting was higher, but the level of detail in the bid made me feel confident I knew how much I was going to spend on the job.
The crew is punctual and professional. I spoke with the owner the night before and knew what rooms they would start the next day. I removed all small items and they moved the big stuff. They patch holes in the drywall from nails and other minor flaws.

The crew is made up of professional painters. Rugs, cabinets, and furniture, were covered when needed. They can cut lines along the ceiling and cabinets that were clean and straight.
End results are beautiful and we have not called them back out for any touch ups or rework. The job from start to finish took 4 days, for a home that is 3,000 sq feet.
Obviously we could have went with someone cheaper, but you do get what you pay for. We are extremely happy with the end results.

They did a wonderful job. The pre-scope of the work was excellent, and they alerted us to any problems they saw that we might want to consider repairing. They helped us with color selection, and it was just a very good experience all around.

John is delightful and has high standards. Some mis-communications along the way but were always resolved. We certainly could have hired someone less expensive to do the job but I feel like the work done was a good investment. I subscribe to an old adage - "Price, quality, service - pick two."

John Fletcher was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. His crew of professionals worked around our clinic schedule to minimize the disruption to our patients and staff. When it looked like the job was going to take longer than anticipated, they brought in extra help to get the job done in time. The workers were efficient, thorough, and professional. We have hired Fletcher Painting to do additional work for us and I have every confidence that they will do as stellar a job.
