Easy to work with. Randy was prompt in his estimate and very accurate in his measurement of the area that was to be covered - unlike the other bids we received. He was quick to e-mail the proposal and dropped off stain samples after we decided on hiring his company. Scheduling was a little tricky due to our work schedules but Flawless was accommodating and easy to work with. Install took about 4 days with an additional 3 days of curing time. We were able to live in the house until the final finishing phase. I was impressed with the quality of the work done, although there was some excess small dings and dents in the walls which I felt could have been avoided with extra care. There was a call back due to base molding that was discolored, looked like water damage but Randy was prompt in replacing the trim. There was one piece of flooring that looked to be red oak mixed in with the rest of the floor. It has a "pink" color to it and I think it was installed by mistake.

THEY DID AN OK JOB. OUT OF THE TWO WORKERS, ONE WAS BETTER THAN THE OTHER. I WOULD HIGHER THEM AGAIN IF RANDY (OWNER) WAS DOING THE WORK HIMSELF.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. THEY WORKED AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. WE ALSO FELT THAT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER THAN THE OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED. WE HAVE REFERRED THEM TO OUR FRIENDS. THREE OTHERS HAVE HAD WORK DONE AND WOULD REFER THEM AS WELL. IF WE EVER NEED ANY OTHER WORK DONE THEY WILL BE THE FIRST WE CALL.
