Our owner is also an engineer and especially useful in troubleshooting all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and outdoor lighting/ irrigation. Surely not a licensed Professional Engineer, but we know when to refer you to one. For the perfect relationship, we offer GC/ PM services as well.

Anything unsafe or that does not improve the condition, longevity and livability of your home is not for us. We are fun, clean and enjoy our work, so we try to limit our practice to those of similar mindset.
