This service came to our restaurant, and scratched our windows. Whichever technician did the job clearly lied about following their protocol, as our windows were damaged. The owner came and inspected, and claimed there was no way they could have done it because of blah blah blah. Took no responsibility for it, didn't offer to fix it, and kept sending a bill for over a year until our credit was threatened. This service is a joke, and you should stay as far away as possible

Great! Roger and Anthony are the epitome of what great customer service is about. The job was scheduled for last Thursday (6/15/2017), it was lightly raining, and I didn't know what to expect. Roger called me early afternoon to let me know that the person who was scheduled to do my job was running behind on the home before mine and that he, Anthony, had to take his child home from school before he could be at my home. Roger asked me if it was still OK for Anthony to come to my home even though it was going to be later than planned. I told him that it was perfectly OK. A short time later, Anthony called me, apologized to me, told me he was on his way, and would be at my home in about 20-25 minutes. I asked him if he needed directions and said no...he was able to find it on Google maps. He arrived about the time he said he would, apologized once again, and went to work. No messing around; he did his job. When he was finished, he brought me an invoice to sign, and, again, apologized for being so late. Here is a fantastic business model to copy: take care of your customers first; when you do, the numbers will take care of themselves. If I owned a company, managed a company, or was CEO of a company, that would be the exact business model I would follow. Without customers, you don't have a business!

I have used Fish before for moss removal for my roof and my parent's house.  I was very pleased with their work so called to see if they do pressure washing of driveways and sidewalks.  TI was very pleased with the work.  The price was very reasonable.  The above price is for the pressure washing AND moss removal, which were done at the same time.  I have now recommended Fish to other family members.  I will continue to use them in the future.

Fish washed all my windows inside and out. I have a 2 story house and a couple windows hard to get to.

Courteous, very good work, efficient, neat, and cost was just as quoted.

They were fine and did a good job. My wife thought the price was very reasonable. We are going to use them and we have worked with them before.

Roger dropped by our office late January and asked to bid on cleaning windows. As that was something I was already considering seeking bids about, I encouraged him to do that. The bid was $97 for several office windows and doors around the facility. We agreed on a schedule for cleaning the next week. Originally I had asked him to not include cleaning the front entrance glass. I changed my mind on that the day of cleaning and he adapted the work schedule to accommodate the request. The additional $136 was for cleaning storefront style glass doors in and out and a set of elevated glass panels. We normally rent a lift to clean a couple of times a year. Everything went very well and I am very pleased with the work done.
