THE LOAN OFFICER PHIL SHERIDIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL. PHIL PROVIDED NUMEROUS HOME LOAN OPTIONS THAT BEST SUITED MY FINANCIAL SITUATION. IN ADDITION, HE WORKED WITH ME TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH DOWN PAYMENT WAS NECESSARY FOR A COMFORTABLE MORTGAGE PAYMENT.
