Mid day on the date the online tracking showed it had been delivered, but since no one was home it was "left on porch". However, we were home and it wasn't our porch. I called immediately, hoping to find out where it was and was told someone would get back to me. Fourteen days and numerous phone calls later I still had no information, in fact, other than calls initiated by me I had no response whatsoever. The online tracking continued to show it was delivered and the 800# one calls refused to give any information regarding local contacts. Not only did they not deliver to the correct address, they refused to follow up on their mistake. I will no longer order merchandise if FedEx is the only option for shipment to this area.
