Unfortunately not good !, the first communication was good....but.....once we found out that there business plan was to just throw parts at our automatic gate until they found the one that would fix it ??? WOW !! Now just over two years later (Gate has quite again) we are told the same item/items are no good again ???? We find that hard to believe. When they were asked "Would they stand behind it?" and/or fight the battle for us with LiftMaster ? They don't return phone calls or texts (Not totally surprised)...... Steer clear.....they are not what their name claims...Faithful" Anything but..... We are very dis-satisfied !!!

They seemed very sweet and willing to work with us before the project started. Everything started fine, but once we challenged their mistakes. They became very defensive and argumentative. Then fixed the issues in a horrible manner. Our gates that we spent a lot of money on to be beautiful, look terrible and we do not have the money to have someone else redo them. Very heartbreaking.
