+ -1 moreUnfortunately not good !, the first communication was good....but.....once we found out that there business plan was to just throw parts at our automatic gate until they found the one that would fix it ??? WOW !! Now just over two years later (Gate has quite again) we are told the same item/items are no good again ???? We find that hard to believe. When they were asked "Would they stand behind it?" and/or fight the battle for us with LiftMaster ? They don't return phone calls or texts (Not totally surprised)...... Steer clear.....they are not what their name claims...Faithful" Anything but..... We are very dis-satisfied !!!

+ -1 moreThey seemed very sweet and willing to work with us before the project started. Everything started fine, but once we challenged their mistakes. They became very defensive and argumentative. Then fixed the issues in a horrible manner. Our gates that we spent a lot of money on to be beautiful, look terrible and we do not have the money to have someone else redo them. Very heartbreaking.
Description of Work: This company can only do fencing. When it comes to making any kind of gate it is a huge struggle. They also argued with us on more then one occasion when something when done incorrectly. Telling us that that was how we wanted it. Since the work finally got completed we have had them back reluctantly (mostly on their part) to fix things, which were done in poor form. Now we are having to replace every single fitting on all our gates because they are all broken. They are broken because the gates were neve done right in the first place. This is something we are having to spend our time and money on to fix, because we know if we have his company back they will not do this the correct way. We paid a lot of money here and were very disappointed in quality and treatment we were given.
