They made sure I was kept informed during all phases of the process, which was handled from and by computer and telephone. They gave very clear direction on what I needed to provide, and promptly let me know when it was received and what came next. The whole thing went through quickly and efficiently, with the notary coming to my home for the signing of the final documents. Friendly, professional, efficient, and NO surprise fees.
