I filed a complaint with the Oregon contractor board. Their website vanished and they do not return my contacts. A section of my patio sank from rain water and they repeatedly promised to gone out and did not.

Had them do our roof in 2022 and have found that they did not replace any problem areas, installed venting in poor placement, did not properly water/ice tape so we have additional water damage, and tried to claim I told them they didn't need to remove the old shingles when that was specified in the contract. We have been trying for 5 months to get them to come out and at least quote us a price to repair their shoddy work! Stay far away for roofing!
