Fence and gates are holding up thus far.  My issue with them is that after repeated phone calls and e-mails requesting invoices, they were unresponsive.  Without an invoice, I can't verify if I was over-charged or not.  Lesson learned on my part.

I was very pleased with the finished product and the cost. It was a great value. The most important point about this company I want to emphasize is related to a recent issue. Due to a workmanship issue ( 25% their responsibility) there was some residual interior water damage. I spoke with Serge/owner and he was very accountable, professional and arranged for a complete correction at his expense. In addition he gave me a new warranty on the correction. The other contractor responsible for the issue has not been accountable and left me with the remaining expense. There are not many contractors out there that have been as responsible, professional, and deliver like Exteriors Design. I highly recommend them not only for getting the job done in the short-term, but also standing behind their work for the long term.
