They communicated with me regularly on the status of the job and asked me a few times whether I had any questions or concerns while the work was being performed.

Our roof replacement went off without a hitch, and within the quoted price. The roofers were very efficient, and all the areas around the house were cleaned up nicely. They were great to work with, from start to finish.

The company was prompt to respond to our request for a bid and was very competitively priced. They did high quality work on budget and within the estimated time for completion. One of the owners stayed apprised of the project and called me multiple times to make sure things were going well. We were concerned about our plants and flowers as they did a complete roof tear off. We were very happy with the result and would certainly recommend them.

They were very fast replacing our roof and did all the repairs necessary to the existing structure. What I wasn't happy about is that they never did any follow up afterwards. I was told I would receive a letter or some kind of statement regarding the warranty and that never occurred. Also there are several spots that were ?fluffy? was told that when the sun heated the roofing materials the glue and what not would melt and it would lay flat. This has not happened so for that I marked their overall marksmanship down. Overall though for the amount of work done and the timelines I would recommend them. Just don?t be meek like us.

The project moved along at a fast pace, the crew arrived on time and on some days worked until 5:30 to get the job completed in a timely manner. They were very courteous, and knowledgeable of the questions I asked of them.

ERS gets 5 stars for the way my project was handled. A site visit was scheduled within a few days and then the estimate was given very promptly after that. The quality of the work and the way the crew left the jobsite after completion were excellent. I am very impressed with the ease of communication with every member of the team that I dealt with. And the price and included warranties were an amazing value.

Crew was on time, efficient, neat and very easy to work with. Overall job was done in a craftsman manner and the final result is excellent. The extras were laid out in the initial bid, so there were no surprises and the final bill was expected. We had an outdoor party scheduled during the job. The crew did a mid-project clean up and even hauled away the drop bin while my guests were there.

They showed up on time and did a great job. We recommend them to anyone with a roofing problem. The price was very competitive.

Had a small flat roof replaced,once started the job was done very timely by professional, courteous installers,price was competitive,would have no problem recommending ERS,and will use their services again if the need arises.

ERS put a new TPO roof on my garage. Good quality and a fair price.

Had my whole roof replaced. i searched 5-6 companies. got the best rate at ERS and great quality work! ERS met my timeline and finished the job as scheduled. upon final inspection, I found something that was not done as agreed (wrong material used). they were very responsive to my request to fix the issue and it was fixed in a couple of days. overall very satisfied with a job well done and with their quick and friendly customer service. highly recommend ERS for your next roof job no matter how big or small.

I had them working during the winter hours and felt that the workers were dedicated and hard working. What I really loved was they stood by their quote, and there was no "hidden costs" or "repairs" needed that they discovered. They did warn that price usually goes up a bit as they often have to replace a sheet of plywood or two, but they said our roof was in great shape and we had the shingles replaced in enough time that nothing else had to be done. Honesty is hard to come by today. The only reason they did not get five stars all the way across is because they were going to power wash my house when they were finished and never got around to it. The busy season started right after they completed my roof however, so I understand. That was minor compared to the great job they did and the competitive price they did it for. I recommended them to my neighbor who also had their roof done by them.

I don't usually give 5 stars to anything because there is always room for improvement in everything. That being said, I don't have anything bad to say about ERS as they did a fine job on replacing my roof. They came out promptly on the day I was told the job would start and had the project completed that day (my house isn't very big). Looks great right down to the new vent covers! Everything was cleaned up and the large trash hauler was retrieved within 48 hours of the job being completed. Final invoice didn't have any surprises from what I was quoted. They gave me a very competitive, detailed bid out of the five bids I received. Plus working in my advantage was doing this project in early April before the summer rush. What is really nice is that everyone who came out on the project kept saying that if I noticed anything wrong or if something goes wrong they would come back and make it right. Good to know ERS backs up its work. Thanks for that!
