It cost a lot of money. They have better responsiveness.

They're just really courteous and they're just excellent people. They know my pets by name when I come in.

They are excellent.They go in and get their teeth cleaned every first of the year. I had a dog and a cat. Wound up with the cat because she was a stray and I ended up with her when she's a baby. They've been with me. Every time I have an animal, I've always...for years, I've been with them for about 30 years.

The Vet and assistant were friendly and professional. I brought her in on my shoulder and the staff was aware of her penchant for attacking cats. The assistant let me out the back as there were cats in the waiting room. The vet called two days later to ask how she was getting on.

We used Dr Burton at Evergreen for four years in caring for our aging dog. He is an exceptionally personable and caring professional who helped us through some major ongoing health issues with Cleo. He always offered common sense comparisons of the costs involved when offering care options. He helped us get two more years of quality life out of our dear Cleo. His staff is always friendly and helpful. They along with Dr Burton himself always followed up with us when they said they would. I highly recommend Evergreen Animal Hospital.

Evergreen was always very good, we went to them for many years.

We had a great experience with them and we will continue to use them. I like that they were helpful and they covered all of their bases. They were very thorough with their testing. We were able to get in the next day and they were right on time.

We spent about $ 75 on that service. We just think that they seem to be very caring about what they were doing. We notice when we go down there that they move people through there pretty quickly and we think that they do a good job. They are not expensive and seem to be very reasonable.

I have been going to this vet for many years. Everything is always excellent.

He is very knowledgeable and friendly. His prices really seem to be reasonable compared to other vets. He does very well with the animals and they all like him. He is on time and has a very professional staff.

When my cat became dangerously ill just before Thanksgiving I was unable to take her to my regular vet because they were closed for the holidays. Dr. Burton's office made time for us. I was very impressed with both Dr. Erica Loftin and Dr. Mark Burton. They handled my cat very gently and skillfully, and I noticed a definite improvement in her mood and health almost immediately. Dr. Burton performed the dental surgery before I had a chance to meet him, and afterwords he introduced himself to me and explained her condition very clearly and reassuringly.

The front desk made several errors confusing our litter with another litter, scheduled the same morning, making us wait to drop off and pick up our puppies. Despite clarifying this upon arriving they continued to make the same mistake and tried to charge us an incorrect price upon departure. The price for the service was reasonable and the outcome was good.

DOCTOR BURTON AND HIS STAFF ARE HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL. WHILE THIS MOST RECENT VISIT WAS ONLY FOR A NAIL TRIM FOR OUR DOG, THEY HAVE BEEN OUR VET FOR MORE THAN 7 YEARS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, WELL TRAINED AND CARING.

WONDERFUL! WE'VE HAD A COUPLE OF PETS UNDER DR. BURTON'S CARE AND WE'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED BY HIS COMPASSIONATE AND KIND MANNER WITH ANIMALS. OUR DOG LOVES TO SEE DR. BURTON, NOT NERVOUS OR SHY AT ALL IN HIS OFFICE, HIS WHOLE STAFF IS VERY WELCOMING AND OBVIOUSLY LOVES THEIR ANIMAL PATIENTS.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, BOTH FROM THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF AND THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE PERFORMED. THE VET WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND CARING.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE HAD A PUPPY. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ANSWERING ALL OUR QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY.
