Evan is amazing! Before we looked at a single property, he spent a lot of time talking with me to discover exactly what I was looking for, then customized his searches to give me all the properties that fit my specifications. He then spent many, many hours driving around to all the properties I was interested in, (often at a moments notice!,) and spending as much time as I wanted at each property to make sure I had seen everything and had all my questions answered. And he always made sure to point out not only the positives of each property, but any negatives also. Evan cares more about connecting with his clients and making sure they get exactly the right property for them, than about just making a sale! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor that has their best interests in mind!
