Delta faucets can be tricky with several parts that can need to be replaced. Scott worked like a detective to solve the problem and he succeeded. He,s friendly and one can tell he enjoys his work. and He worked on that drain until it drained freely. Even gave me a few faucet washer pieces, so that if/when a drip occurs in future years, I can try to fix it myself. He also gave suggestions on how to keep the drain working well.
