Ellen arrived on time and came prepared with an entire package. She provided us with home value information for our area including photos and details. She provided us with information on remodeling pay back averages as well as information on staging and preparing a home for sale. In addition to all the prework she did, she took an hour of her time to go through our home and comment on our plans for remodeling. Her advice and insights were very helpful. When it's time to sell our home and buy elsewhere, Ellen is absolutely the person we will be looking for. We highly recommend her as a representative. She was punctual, professional, friendly and honest. She had a strong sense of balancing the cost of improvements with what we would enjoy while living here and what we might expect to help with a sale and value.
