I scheduled an estimate and he never showed up. He never followed up with me after no-showing. When I contacted him again, we rescheduled for another estimate and again he failed to call me on the scheduled day or show up. To his credit, he did telephone me after failing to show a second time, but he spoke to my husband who was really annoyed that he flaked twice on us. I had heard good things about his work and had been really looking forward to meeting with him, but we were disappointed in his lack of professionalism. In the end, we went with another company.

Excellent. Dan (the owner) came out the day I called for an estimate. He was very thorough in looking at our 1940's floors that had been carpeted. He worked with us to find wood that would match a section that was severely water damaged. He discussed various options and finishes. He also scheduled us within just a few days so we could be on vacation and away from the dust, etc. The floors look stunning and we feel like we have a new home. We will be hiring him back to finish the rest of the house. My only complaint is organization. It would have been nice to have a final receipt as there was some additional work that needed to be done. However, he stuck to his original estimates and we are more than satisfied with the work done. His price was about 0.25-0.50 / cents more per sq ft than some others we spoke with but I think the quality of work speaks for itself. It's a beautiful transformation in our home.

Fantastic. I got this quote some time ago, and only recently followed back up to get Dan to come out. He was able to squeeze us in within a few days. Dan and his apprentice did fantastic work and took the extra time to give us a few tips. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with. My wife is happy, which means I am happy now. I would hire him again anytime.

Good experience. I had only about 10 days to get this work done before furniture was to be moved in. Dan came out promptly to give me a quote, found room in his schedule, and finished the work timely. He's a nice guy, knowledgeable, does good work, discouraged me from doing some unneccessary work, and left the house tidy (I did need to dust). I think the cost was reasonable.

Dan was responsive by phone & in person. He showed up when he said he would. He takes his time to review the work & consider special challenges/features. He did the work while I was out of town, & he was very responsible about getting in & out of the house. I did not get a written estimate & I would do so in the future. Some of the custom work turned out to be more expensive than I expected. Nonetheless, the floor looks amazing.

Dan Fink, owner of Elite Hardwood Floors Corp, did a beautiful job refinishing my hardwood laminate flooring. Even though it was a thin laminate, he was able to bring the floor back to its beauty. It was really in bad shape before Dan finished with it. Dan also showed us photos of the beautiful inlay work he does in wood floors. As far as I'm concerned, the man is an artist. His prices were more than fair for the quality of workmanship he did for me. He kept to the time frame he told me and was very professional. I was more than pleased with the work he did for me and would not hesitate recommending him for work. In a market place that can be filled with hackers, he is a true craftsman.
