The work that they did was great. I had to have the whole underneath of my house cleaned and sterilized out. They removed the vapor shield and all of the insulation which apparently the rats really like to use as nesting. They also closed up with quick cement and wire meshing any holes or areas where rats might find their way back in. I also have three bate stations around my property and it has been a little over a year now and I have not had anymore problems with rats underneath my house. I have signed up with their bi-monthly service where they come out to check the bate traps as well as underneath my house. Brandon is very knowledgeable about rats and I learned a lot about them from him. He is VERY good at what he does and I highly recommend him to anyone who is having a pest problem.
