They were pretty good and it went really well. It was just one guy and he explained everything. I had some pet odors and he seemed to work really hard and efficiently. Their pricing was a little high.

I have used Eagle Carpet and Floor Care for about 6 or 7 years. I like them a lot. The actual owner does the work himself and he does a really good job. He is very knowledgeable. I found him when he had put a pamphlet on my front door. I had a pet spot that he noticed when cleaning my carpets, he told me it may return, but to just call him and he would come back out. The stain returned, I called him, and he came out and retreated that area. He uses a steam cleaning process. I have never had any problems with him and have recommended him to a couple people.
