Dove Property Management

Imagine leaving the landscaping of a property in this condition (see attached pictures - [*** Link removed ***] after living in a home for less than a year. You meet with a Dove Property Management employee on your post move-out inspection, and they have nothing but good things to say about the condition you've left the home in. They never, ever mention any deficiencies about the state of the landscaping during this move-out process. Then, after waiting patiently for the return of your deposit for nearly a month...... you find out they deducted $379.40 from your deposit for "Landscape cleanup and pruned small trees". The kicker? This bill is invoiced 19 DAYS after the conclusion of your lease. It's not an amount worth going to small claims court over, but you sure do want future potential renters to know how badly you might be ripped off by Dove Property Management. What are you going to do about it, write a review? Read the abysmal reviews for this company (see Google, Facebook, Angie's List, etc.), and don't think that you will be an exception to these terrible experiences associated with Dove Property Management. It could be you. Absolutely disgusting business practices by Dove Property Management, in my opinion.

I would advise staying away from rentals offered by this company. We have recently moved out after nearly four years. We paid a $500 non-refundable cleaning deposit, a $500 non refundable pet fee and $2000 deposit. We were shocked when we received a bill for nearly. $3000 above the. deposit. They want $2600 to repaint the home even though Washington law clearly states this is their responsibility. Clearly they hope we won’t bother fighting with them We were aloo charged an extra cleaning fee apparently the freezer was excessively dirty. And true, one of my kids let some strawberry jam fall into the freezer. Nothing that hot water and soap won't clean. The pictures they sent us demonstrates that there is nothing excessively dirty. After years of paying house cleaners, I cannot believe the cleaning fee was more than $150. We have sent them a certified letter which they have not answered and now we are filing a small claims suit. With the pictures and Washington law supporting us, they must know they cannot win and will most likely settle with use before the case is heard. Don't let them push you around. Hold them professionally accountable. Do the. homeowners they represent know about how they push tenants around to line their own pockets? We are disappointed at their unethical behavior. Find a property management company with better reviews.

pretty well. tenant transition had some challenges, as is common. those have been well handled. so far only 4 months experience but seems to be on track. expectations for future are good.
