Don Fujimoto

We had a dream house targeted that we found ourselves. We needed representation. We went to two other agents before Don including one of the biggest agencies in the area. Both times we left after one or two meetings because we were put off by their careless aggressiveness. Unlike the other agents who pushed us to jump in and start throwing offers at the seller, Don actually said "lets find their bottom [price]" and go from there. He carefully looked into all the details of the property. And thank goodness he did. I'm not exaggerating when I say that Don kept us from putting an offer on a house that would have been a financial disaster for us.  The dream house we were considering turned out to be advertised in a fraudulent manner.  But we couldn't find that out without research. Don doesn't put his picture on his card or act like a used car salesman. He's intelligent, savvy, trustworthy and he puts the client first. It's a shame all agents are not like him. We will not use anyone else but him in the future.

Don is very thorough and patient. He always put our interests first. He is a tough negotiator who you want on your side when closing a deal!

Has the knowledge and work ethic to insure there are no questions that go unanswered through the whole process. Makes sure that he is available when we needed him.
