I do love my bathroom but I was a little disappointed in the organization part of making it happen. They were very nice. I went through their list and its exactly what I wanted. I even had given them examples of what I exactly wanted. Unfortunately, before the work got started, the person that I talked to had quit. One of the issues that I have was that they didn't think to look at what I really requested. They were suppose to save the faucet. We had communication problem. I probably wouldn't recommend them.

Working with them was a delight. They were honest and very professional. They were extremely punctual. They were very competent and knew what they were doing from beginning to end. Their cost was very competitive.

The job which was completed quickly; the only delays have been due to manufacturer not getting the material to us promptly as it was not in stock locally.  What has been completed by the contractor looks great.

The contractor who did my siding and roof recommended this company. Because they had done such a good job for me I did not seek other bids. I was wanting a carport with a French door and small porch off the upper story over the carport.. installed over the concrete slab that predated my ownership and had been there a while. My house was built in 1935 and been remodeled several times. I opted to get a permit for the project because I have a hyper vigilant neighbor. Mike of Debs construction visited the county to  obtain this permit. I live on a gravel road with only one property past me. We are on 1 acre lots. with wells and septic. Mike was told by the county that a septic inspection needed to be done and engineering approval. We did this which added an additional expense. after that was paid the county said I wasn't outside the easement (by 3 ft) and that my contractor should have know that. Maybe so but I gave him the benefit of the doubt We modified the plan to be just a porch and exclude the upper deck I had to pay for a second permit application and engineering.. I paid him $6000 in May and the project which ended up being only a porch was completed last week Sept 10. When they finally started I was to pay 2 permit fees and 2 engineering costs and although not what I had originally wanted was still nearly the same cost.

Before they finished up they would leave their equipment for days at a time with no explanation. I felt this !1 thousand dollar project that had long delays wasn't a priority for them. Mike was calling me for money and there were unfinished items that I had to remind him of.

Casey was our contact person through Deb's construction.  Everyone in their family business are very nice and helpful.  He had us come to their office to see some samples of what we could do.  We put in a new shower that was handicapped accessible, new sink, made bathroom and bedroom doorway larger for wheelchair accessability. The project went well, there was a couple days in delay in getting project completed, but that happens with any remodeling project!  The end result is beautiful and functional for my mother-in-law.  The care givers are particularly happy!  What I like best is that the new shower doesn't look like a typical handicap shower.  It is very stylish and will not interfere with the resale of the house when that time comes.
Deb's construction team are honest, timely, professional, and are skilled at what they do.  I would certainly use their services again and recommend them to my friends!

We requested a quotation for the work and received it within the expected time frame.  Work started when we expected it to start and was completed when we expected it to be completed.  Our home was treated with respect; all construction dust and debris was contained and removed.  The work was performed to a high standard of quality and the very minor adjustments we requested to the project were taken care of promptly.
It was very enjoyable working with this group and can recommend them for window/door replacement as well and remodeling services.

It went great!  Kacey was responsive from the start, with a bid that was delivered on time.  When his first bid was a bit more than we wanted to spend, he worked with us to pare it down to what we could manage.  He worked with our schedule for demolition, gave us plenty of notice when we would not be able to access our closet (on the other side of the bathroom from the bedroom), and told us when the workers would be there.
Bob, the main worker, was considerate of our space and time.  He was pleasant but didn't spend a lot of time talking to us--he worked!
The job was done of the schedule that Kacey proposed, on budget, and without a lot of mess.  They cleaned up every evening before the left.
We really couldn't be happier.  And it looks GREAT

Make sure to write down what you want done. It is sometimes hard to communicate your vision over the telephone.

When it came time to remodel my 2 bathrooms 2 months ago, I didn't hesitate to get All Access Bath Innovations here to work their magic. Mike Kroon was the project manager when I had my kitchen remodeled 5 years ago. It still looks new today. At the same time, Kacey Kroon did an outstanding job of replacing all windows and cutting in 3 new ones. All Access Bath Innovations was once again the project manager for my bathroom remodel. The bathrooms turned out fabulous and due to the quality of work done by All Access, I'm sure they will remain that way for years to come. From start to finish their staff always had a calming affect on me when it came to decision making time which puts the customer at ease. With their trusted vast knowledge of the industry, my job was made easier. I am currently saving up for my next project and due to the level of quality and professionalism that has always been provided by Debs- Construction and All Access Bath Innovations, I won't hesitate to once again call them to do the work.

We got three bids, and they were the lowest bidder. They were the lowest bidder because they figured out a way to take out a window that was better than anyone else. I had one bid that was $25000 and another bid that was $21000. We chose them because they had a better method of doing the windows. They were clean as a whistle. They did not make us take down anything. They were on time. They did have to reschedule because they had to lay off some of the workers because their industry is having some difficult times right now.

We talked to three companies before having our windows replaced. One of the companies is highly recommended on Angie's list, one solicited us on the phone and Kroon's was highly recommended by a contractor we have used and by several of our neighbors. It was difficult to choose between the company from Angie's list and Kroon's. I went out and viewed many of both companies previous installations and talked to a lot of homeowners (just knocked on their doors and asked about their experiences). Both were good. Kroon's was a bit less expensive for the same brand of window, but I chose a more expensive window, (Simonton as opposed to LBL) so ended up paying almost exactly the same as if I'd gone with the other company. In the end I chose Kroon's because I simply liked Mike. His son, Casey is their primary installer, though he works with a crew. They did a fabulous job. Casey is a real craftsman, and paid a lot of attention to detail. He listened and responded positively to every concern I had -- I guess you could say I am kind of picky-- and was unfailingly pleasant. Our house was built in 1981 and still had the original aluminum frame windows. The condensation was so bad that many of the window sills were beginning to rot, and I was constantly cleaning mildew and mold. A couple of years ago we had had some work done in the house, including changing the woodwork from dark fir to a light maple. At the time we were told that we shouldn't change the wood around the windows (what I've learned is called "the box" in the trade) until we replaced the windows. So now with my new windows I needed wood to match the wood that had been put in the rest of the house, and I did not want to do the finishing myself. Mike agreed that they would do that work for me and went to a lot of effort to match the colors and the finished job looks beautiful. We were also having the house painted and Kroon's was very flexible in working with the painters and the pressure washers, even adjusting their schedule so everything would work out to my benefit. Kroon's has been in business here in Vancouver for more than 20 years and has done many homes in this area. We were very pleased with them and I would recommend them highly.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. GOT THREE ESTIMATES. THEY WERE LOWER THAN THE BIG BOX STORES AND INSTALLED BETTER DOORS. THE ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN THE NEXT DAY AFTER CONTACT AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN A WEEK AFTER THAT. VERY TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL--WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I HAD ANOTHER ESTIMATE FOR 8 WINDOWS, KROON'S WERE 40% LESS THAN ANOTHER ESTIMATE FOR THE SAME EXACT WINDOW!
