DAVE'S HOME REPAIR

The work went very well once he got started on the remodel. But he hasn't been able to get to the other smaller projects. Dave, understandably, favors larger projects such as full kitchen remodels. If you have smaller projects, you just have to wait. He probably has more work than he can do.

Dave is very efficient and professional.  Showed up at correct time.  It took him longer than estimated because my water wouldn't shut off.  Had to make a extra trip to get parts and didn't charge for time getting the parts.   Replaced all my old plumbling with new.  Very happy with the results.   A extra bonus was that he had a helper to carry in the bathtub.  And since I didn't want to get in his way, I was laying barkdust outside.  When the helper had nothing to do but watch hm. Dave sent him outside to help to me!  Double bonus!

Dave's a hard worker, he is fast and efficient. He figured out what we needed with the least expense possible.

Needed help remodeling my bathroom. He came in and did the parts I did not want to do. Turned out great! Dave is a great guy to work with. Highly recommend him.

He does good work but he just left a mess after the job. It took me all day to clean it up.  He also did some work out side and had to move part of the landscaping and didn't replace the pavers.

Dave is a true professional and cares about his work. He listens to what a customer wants, makes great suggestions and has integrity from start to finish. When we requested a re-painting of one wall, it was done promptly and courteously. Dave works very hard and you never have to worry about him coming over when he says he will and finishing the job. We have recommended him to others and he'll continue to be our "go to guy" for home repairs, as we've used his services several times and are always more than satisfied.

It was reframing around a window, so it was a little bit of involvement. He did a nice job.

Hard workers who never stopped while on the job. Very responsibe to all calls or questions. Did a total remodel of a garage add-on into a game room. Also took on smaller projects around the house when they were waiting on paint to dry, or had time in between other work. I plan to have them do more work later.

It went well. He made arrangements with tenant. Removed debris from old ceiling. Replaced the ceiling, installed new heater. Rehung doors and repaired doorjambs. Everything was left neat and clean.

They did fine... got everything down, packed away, and took it to the dump or recycle.

Both of the experiences were very positive in fact I am going to hire him again. He is just a really nice guy. When he gets to your house he walks in the door and starts to work, and he works until he leaves. He knows a lot about a lot of things. He is a great all purpose handyman.

They did great work. They are a company you can count on and their work is done with great accuracy. I felt like a satisfied customer and would feel comfortable calling this company to do more work at my home.

For a time, we considered setting up a room for Handyman Dave, it seemed like he was here so often. He's a very good worker, even at the end of a long day. He's courteous, knowledgeable and professional. And at $45 an hour, his rates are reasonable.
