David was friendly, punctual and conscientious. He arrived on time. He didn't leave until the job was done and he picked up before he left. The finished job looks professional. All cuts are even. All joints are tight. It looks like an original part of the house. The ramp works beautifully, It's very functional. I wish we had done this years ago instead of struggling to get my son in and out of the house over the stairs.

Dave is a professional guy. He did a good job reinforcing my patio roof and flashing the edges. He works at this part time but he told me that in advance so the job took a bit longer as he did it piece-part. I am picky, but so is Dave. I am not sure I would have been 100% satisfied with whoever did this, but I think I am pretty satisfied with Dave's work. He put up with a lot of adversity in condition on the job and came through with a finished product as he quoted.

David built the ramp according to our design and it was almost perfect. He was really cool. He sought out the types of materials that we hadn't even thought about. It also blended beautifully and aesthetically with the front of our house. We have people who comment all the time on what he did in regards to the ramp. He has done more than that for us. The gate that he built was really cool. I had just thought about the gate, but he came up with a plan to split the gate so that there is a smaller gate where the walkway is and then the main gate itself. So, we got to open the big gate all the time. He blended it in beautifully with the existing fence that we have. He re-used quite a bit of the materials that we had. The lumber was already stained with the same color. It looks real good. He has come back several times. He always calls when he gets done with something to ask as to how it's working or if he needs to adjust anything. He came back twice to re-adjust the gate. The big wooden gates sag and so, he added some rods to keep it from sagging. He is super. He has always been very fair with us. He has great ideas in regards to our dealings. He does his best to keep his prices reasonable. He is really into reusing materials and stuff like what he did with our gate. There was a fence there and he was really good at not destroying the wooden privacy fence. He used all matching hardware. The screen door that he installed had to be custom fit. Then he came back and fine tuned it. My wife was thrilled. Every time he does something for us, my wife wants him to come back and do something else. I think my wife knows his wife and that's how I met him. My wife is happy with his services. David has stopped in the middle of jobs across town to come over here and taken care of stuff. He also comes by here during his lunch break. He knows what he is doing. He just looks and does like a good auto mechanic. When it comes to his punctuality, he always shows up early. He is really good at coming and doing the work on weekends. He is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He is a very casual guy and is clean cut. He is very polite and awesome.

First of all I got an estimate on converting a section of our fence to a gate from the company that originally installed it. I had to call them several times to get someone out to give me an estimate and then was floored by the cost of $1000.00 for a 12 foot section of fence. Plus, the company informed me that they could build the gate but it would have a big gap underneath it because the ground was low there. I could tell from their attitude they were not interested in doing business with me. Well, I found David through a co-worker. I asked him to come look at it and he gave me a plan to make not only a gate but to dig the ground down a bit and put in a small retaining wall from the gate and back about 18 feet. He shared his idea on how to let the land there drain naturally. I got me a beautiful gate that contours to the land (no big gap under it), it blends perfectly with my fence and I have a nice looking retaining wall that runs the distance of where my husband wants to park his future boat. I got all that for a little less than what the original fencing company quoted me. I am delighted!
