Custom House Cleaning

We asked several housecleaning services for estimates to clean our rental after we did a major remodel - lots of thick construction dust, dirt, various cleaning issues everywhere. Custom House Cleaning's estimate was right in the same ball park with most the others, but we chose them because a) they actually came and walked through the home with us to give us an accurate estimate and so we could show them exactly what was needed; and b) they weren't bothered at all about how dirty everything was - when we go into remodel mode, we go in ALL the way! Floor to ceiling dust and grime on everything. We actually got a lecture from one of the other cleaning company estimators about how construction dust is and quot;different from regular dustand quot; so they needed special equipment for it, etc. That company's estimate came out 3 times as high as any others!
Anyway, the Custom House Cleaning team came out right on schedule, cleaned everything thoroughly without batting an eye including windows, window sills and window frames - a lot of the other cleaners were hesitant about cleaning window frames. They literally started at the ceiling and worked their way down, washing walls, trim, doors, everything. They even got done far earlier than they anticipated and asked us if we'd like them to clean the outside of the windows, which were absolutely filthy and I hadn't asked about because I didn't think they'd do it. They did those quickly and thoroughly also; and it's a good sized house with a lot of windows.
Even with the extra services, they still came out $50 less than they estimated and did an absolutely fantastic job on everything. They even managed to get some things clean that I didn't think would ever come clean!
We highly recommend them and will use them for all of our investment houses.

A representative came to my house and I told her what I wanted. She determined how long it would take and what the rates were. I agreed and have used their service for several months so far. I am satisfied with the work they perform.

We've been using them for quite some time now. Yesterday they had to cancel because the personnel had a problem, but they did call and tell us. They have people who are quite good, but when those people aren't available the people they substitute them with sometimes are not as good. They're okay, so we continue to use them. I think the price is right and they are probably in the market rate.

VERY WELL, OVERALL, FROM THE START. SOME OF THE WOMEN SPEAK VERY LITTLE ENGLISH (FROM THE SLAVIC COUNTRIES) BUT COMMUNICATION HAS NOT BEEN A PROBLEM. THE CLEANING TEAM IS USUALLY THE SAME WOMEN. THIS IS GENERALLY AN EXTENDED FAMILY BUSINESS.
