Front door handle loose and garage dor handle came off

They do a very good job. They are informative and honest about the products. There is always someone there who knows what they are doing.

We would give them A’s across the board. The guy that came out was real knowledgeable, really smart and he just buzzed right through here and got everything done real quickly and I appreciated that. We spent around $200 on that service.

Wonderful experience. We had been trying to order the handle set through retail/internet sites but couldn't get good information when we had a question. Curly's was able to understand what we needed and provide the solution. Quick app't, professional installation.

The technician (Travis) was also supposed to change the lock on the garage door but failed to do this. Not only did he not do this, but the front deadbolt did not even have a cylinder! He replaced the DEADBOLT LATCH but failed to tell us that there was no deadbolt to lock the door with! (There was no way for us to have known in advance because we had just purchased the property and had not had a key before. Travis refused to return to complete the job unless we paid another $45.00 trip charge, in addition to additional labor charges. The owner, Dale also refused to waive this second trip charge. We had no proble paying for the addition labor and part charges but did not think it was fair for them to charge another trip fee on top of everything else. We will not be using them again.

Curly's recommended having keys made to original factory specs. They showed me the keys we had and why it needed to be done. When the keys were made everything opened effortlessly. I was so happy, I thought the trunk lock needed replacing as well as the ignition. Every time I use Curlys, they are always so honest.

THE PHONE OPERATORS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE. RECEPTION BY TECHNICIANS OCCASIONALLY A BIT GRUFF, BUT THEY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. SEEM TO BE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE.
