Everything went well. It took a little longer than they expected but they did the job, cleaned up, were professional and friendly.

At first they tried to fix it and there wouldn't have been any charge for that. They tried to fix it by lubricating it so it didn't have to be changed. When that didn't work, they said they have to change it. Their knowledge and their explanation of what was going on and why they had to do what they had to do made it an A-rated experience. They have the willingness to try something that wouldn't be costly.

Upon purchasing my home I had Curly's Lock & Key come out an re-key all the locks.  They were punctual, professional and did an excellent job.  I would use them again..........

ware After finding myself in the unfortunate position of having to prep a home for move in utilizing contractors over the 4th of July weekend, I was concerned that I would be unable to get the house re-keyed before we had to move in. I contacted another locksmith on Angie's List but found that they were not scheduling appointments over the 4th. I was at the point where I was contemplating removing the door hardware myself and bringing it to Lowe's or Home Depot to have them re-keyed when I received a return call from Curly's Lock and Key. Their locksmith showed up on time to our early morning appointment on the 5th of July and immediately got to work. I was amazed by how fast he was able to get the work done, and the quality of work performed was stellar. The keys were cut perfectly without the and quot;sloppyand quot; feeling that you get from the home improvement shops. Curly's Lock and Key has been added to our first call list for locksmiths.

I called and someone answered the phone. He was polite and scheduled me quickly (I picked the next day). Rick came out and was quick, quiet, professional, and pleasant.
It was cheaper than I thought it would be: $40 fee to come out plus the hourly rate, but did not charge for the whole hour.
Very painless. I would use them again.

I use them fairly frequently as I manage properties. I've never had issues with key cutting with them. They offer more personalized service than the bigger stores and go the extra mile. They'll come out and check on problems with locks and other issues.

Smooth transaction. We're able to make keys that actually worked unlike the key makers at the big box stores.

VERY HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, AND PROMPT SERVICE. THEY HAVE AN EXTENSIVE INVENTORY AND ARE HELPFUL IN RECOMMENDING THE BEST PRODUCTS FOR EACH NEEDED APPLICATION. A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP IF LOCKS/KEYS/SAFES ARE NEEDED.

HE DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING THE LOCKS AND EVEN MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WORKED WELL BEFORE HE LEFT. I WOULD REFER THEM TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

AFTER ORDERING, CURLY'S SENT A TECHNICIAN TO INSTALL, BUT THE PRODUCT WAS THE WRONG FINISH. AFTER 3 MONTHS AND NOT RECEIVING A CALL, I CALLED AND WITHIN 2 WEEKS THE LOCKS WERE FINALLY INSTALLED.
