Pat, the owner, and his entire crew of men were great to work with. The job was big and required a lot of work. I was unexpectantly hospitalized for a week and an extreme heat wave occurred and interrupted the planned schedule for completing the job and Pat was able to juggle things to work around these issues.

I would not hire them again. They were cutting corners. We had an agreement in the contract that they would do six inches of concrete and four inches of rocks. There had been a delay and I went out to check it, and 50 percent of the driveway was 2 inches of rocks. Then when I confronted him about it to correct it, his workers were hostile and questioned why I was so concerned about having four inches of rocks versus two. I told them it doesn't mater, it's in the contact and that they should talk to their boss about it. They were getting hostile towards me and so forth. I would never recommend this company. They had to come out three times. Every time they said that they corrected it, they did not. I went out there and dug more test holes and they lied. I would leave little flags where I would test,and show that they only did 2-3 inches of rocks. They would only correct right around that flag instead of going out wider than that, so they had to come out 2-3 times to correct it.

Pat installed the patio in June 2014 so this is a good time to review from a longer term perspective. The patio looks great but after one year it started cracking. I contacted Pat in November 2015 to see if he could seal the cracks. He said he would do so but then started ignoring my attempts to contact him. As of January 29, 2016, I have yet to hear back from him.
After spending that amount of money, I expected better. Professionalism and responsiveness is very poor.

Amazing. Excellent professional and courteous service. Punctual with work and timely with the whole project. Kept us informed the whole way. I absolutely love our new patio. Looks so much better. More functional and gorgeous.
