Michelle and Kerry were very responsive to any questions I had during the financing process (which I had many, thank you for your patience!). All of the people in the office were personable, helpful, and professional at all times. Kerry also extended our interest rate lock at no cost when it was due to expire when the sellers did not get there paperwork done by our closing date. It is important to note that Creekside was able to get our closing documents completed several days prior to closing, instead of waiting to the last minute, which I have had happen in the past with other mortgage companies. Working with Creekside was by far the best experience I have had, and I will undoubtedly be using them in the future.

Creekside did all of this from Washington Sate, paying for the papers to be fedexed as well as helping us get my husbands compensation papers from the VA. They kept in contact with us almost on a daily basis every step of the way. I feel like they are an extended part of my family. They love our veterans and really do want to help them with not only the process of qualifying for a home but getting the best rate as well. Everyone works so hard there for the veterans and you can tell it! We get a Christmas card every year from them every year and will continue to do business with them as well as pass their names on to others.

Outstanding experience - highly recommended for vets using their VA entitlement - though I would imagine any loan type to be well serviced based on Creekside's professional expertise and responsiveness. I was very happy with my rate - even went down 1/8 to 3.75% during an occupancy delay for VA requirements. Pam C was extremely attentive to the final document requests for various VA-required issues - kept us on track! Joe K was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. While I don't think I will ever be able to get a better rate for a refi, I will definitely use this team again should I buy another home. Thanks!

As a veteran I have blessed with the ability to buy a home with little to no expense out of pocket. A blessing I have utilized more than once in my lifetime. This was about as good as it gets! We made an offer on a house, made a couple of negotiations, settled on a price, applied for the mortgage, got the inspection, got the appraisal, signed, funded, and recorded all within 30 days. We got a fabulous interest rate on a 15-year fixed. Pam, Nicolle, and Kerry were consummate professionals throughout the process, and kept us very well informed. If you need a mortgage, Creekside Mortgage is the place!

We utilized Creekside for a VA loan based on a word of mouth recommendation and were not disappointed. This was the easiest home mortgage process we have ever had in 4 home purchases and 2 refinances. The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. All questions were answered quickly and the one small unusual issue that came up from the appraiser at the end of the process was handled immediately. They ran everything with true military organization that is not seen from career civilians or large banks. Even in this market, we were ready to close in 23 days with a 3.5% interest rate and no closing day drama or emergencies. Very smooth process and we would highly recommend Creekside Mortgage to friends and would use them again.
