I have done several mortgage and refinance loans over the years with Gayle Hepler at Creekside Mortgage, Inc. and this was by far the easiest experience I have had to date. I get the refinance now spam like everyone and when I call Creekside and talk to Kerry her always lays out the pro’s and con’s for me and let me know what’s in our best interest. Barrett Adams from Creekside Mortgage was our loan officer. He came highly recommended to us by our financial advisor and did not disappoint. My fiancee' and I are first time home buyers and were definitely overwhelmed by the amount of jargon, mathematics, and paperwork associated with purchasing a home. On top of that, a pandemic is on the rise which brought a lot of uncertainty to the future. Barrett was able to alleviate those fears by guiding us through the process. He was able to communicate effectively via phone calls, emails, and text messages. More importantly, he was very flexible in terms of adjusting to our schedule because both my partner and I work graveyard shifts. From the pre-approval to the home purchase, all our transactions were smooth and transparent. We highly recommend him if you're looking into a home mortgage or refinancing your home.

It has taken me a long time to gt around to doing this review, but even after being in our new home almost a year, we still have good feelings and tremendous respect for Kerry, our Loan Officer and his Loan Officer Assistant, Michelle . We had not purchased a home in over 20 years and my, how things have changed! When you go to close, you will find all your paper work is in order and closing is quick. Kerry, Joe and Nicole help me in lowering my mortgage rate down to 3.25%. Saving me more than $130.00 per month and allowing me to retrieve my escrow money(about $4,000.00) and miss 2 months of payment. Overall a retrieval of around $8,000.00. Money we will need for our wedding next year. They were very prompt and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance there home. I started the process online and it continued with frequent phone calls to update information. The entire process though Creekside Mortgage was done over the phone or through the internet. 
I have a great experience with the Kerry and Nicolle, I don't think I could say enough great things about these two.

After looking into Mortgage companies in our area, my wife and I settled on Creekside because of the reviews and their work with veteran's.
Our initial meeting with Kerry was enough for my us realize we had made the right choice. Kerry was very personable and explained a lot to us that we weren't aware of. He turned everything over to Nicolle and from there on she made sure I was up to date on everything. We will definitely work with them in the future and pass their name along.

After looking at a few Mortgage Companies on Angie's List, I was going to be in the area & decided to call Creekside Mortgage to see if someone had time to talk with me that afternoon about a Home Re-Finance that my wife & I had been considering looking into.  Gayle @ Creekside made time in her schedule & met with me shortly after my call.  I had a number of questions & Gayle gave me all the time I needed to discuss options,rates,terms, all the questions I threw at her.  After discussing with my wife that night, we decided to move forward & re-finance our home.  Creekside started the re-finance for us the next day, gave me multiple options on rates & lenders, laid out what documents I needed to provide to help things go smoothly & discussed what we could expect during the process.  Gayle moved things forward as quicker than I had hoped for or expected.  We had the initial papers signed & rate lock in place within a couple of days of our first meeting.  The Re-Finance process was started just before Thanksgiving so everything was taking place right in the middle of the holidays, even so the process continued to move along smoothly & easily.  I was very impressed with the communication provided by Creekside Mortgage, I was kept up to date on a very regular basis.  For me, Gayle handled her communications with perfection, providing regular updates by email mixed with Phone calls at appropriate times during the process to address any matters that otherwise might have increased the time it takes to get the re-finance completed.  Even with the holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years, the entire Re-Finance took just over 30 days.  It would have been even shorter, but the appraiser provided by the lender took his sweet time getting his piece of the puzzle taken care of.  
The overall loan costs were very, very reasonable in my opinion, I'd been thru home purchases & re-finances in the past & had a fairly good idea of what to expect & look for.  There were no out of pocket fee's to cover the work done by Creekside Mortgage, I got a very favorable loan rate with a very small "discount" fee (1/8 of a point) to put the rate where I wanted it.  The rate I ended up with was even slightly lower that what we had discussed to expect during our first meeting.  The loan costs were well laid out, clear & limited only to costs involved with the Appraisal / Title Company / signing / filing.
In the end, I have nothing but good things to say about Creekside Mortgage, I'd use them again without hesitation it was the best experience I've had when dealing with a home purchase or Re-Finance.  Re-financing isn't a fun process, but Gayle / Creekside Mortgage certainly made it easier.
