 + 1 moreBoth jobs were completed professionally, quickly and accurately. The kitchen looks even more beautiful now and the laundry room is so much more efficient. Mr. Hembree did an excellent job. I could not be more happy with the results and definitely will hire him again for my next home remodel job.
Description of Work: I added handles to all my kitchen cabinets doors and replaced all their hinges with antiqued bronze hardware. The old wire shelving in my laundry room was removed and I had new cabinets installed to replace them.

 + 10 moreDale Hembree is an amazing craftsman. He designed and built my new deck. The previous deck was falling apart from rotting wood, age and improper design. Once the old materials were removed, he leveled the yard and poured the new concrete footings. We chose cedar wood for the new deck. It went from a small step-out to a 3 level deck allowing for patio furniture and a barbeque. It turned out beautifully. His work ethic is incredible. His attention to detail is exceptional, making sure that every part of the design and build was perfect. Dale is extremely conscientious, professional and knows exactly what he is doing. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I absolutely highly recommend him.

 + 3 moreCreative Living Concepts did the floor, painting, installed mirror and lights, installed bathroom fan, replaced toilet, replaced sink and cabinet, installed upper wall cabinets, put in new washer and dryer. Basically, the entire room was redone. IT IS AMAZING! Dale at CLC is wonderful to work with. He is very professional and I am comfortable with him in my home while I was at work. Will definitely have CLC do more work at my house.
Description of Work: I had my laundry room / downstairs half bathroom redone.

 + 6 moreOverall, Dale does wonderful work. Even critically looking at the drywall repair in my kitchen, I can't find where the seams are at. I was very comfortable with Dale in my home. Dale is very courtesy and professional. Dale did such a nice job that I am calling him back to help with landscaping.
Description of Work: The water line going into my refrigerator ice maker had been leaking in the wall for a long, long, long time. The wall was completely saturated. Because of the water, there was mold in the wall, insulation, floor and subfloor. Dale, at Creative Living Concepts, quickly addressed the mold in the house by sealing off that section. He killed the mold and removed whatever needed to be removed to eliminate all of the mold. Dale replaced part of the subfloor, redid the vinyl tile floor I already had, sealed any air leaks, installed insulation, did all of the drywall replacement, and put back up the kitchen cabinets. Dale also installed a flood safe water line to keep this damage from reoccurring. Dale also finished laying the tile into my downstairs 1/2 bath. Dale helped me out with a lot of odds-n-ends projects that I just couldn't get to or have the knowledge to do.

 + 1 moreCreative Living Concepts provided an extremely detailed estimate of the work to be performed and costs of materials. When the Board of Directors wanted different fence post caps, Dale worked with the Board to accommodate our requests. Dale, and his crew, took down the old fence. They dug up the concrete from the old fence posts. They then began installation of the new fence. The new fence required a gate. Dale built the gate that is simple but elegant. The end result is an absolutely beautiful and strong fence. One resident called the fence "stately". It looks wonderful. I am so impressed by the quality of work. This is the fence coming into the Association subdivision, so it is what people first see of our Association. Dale and his crew were wonderful responsive, professional and really cared about building a quality fence for our Association.
Description of Work: Dale at Creative Living Concepts built the new fence for my condominium association. Dale and his crew took down the old fence. They removed the concrete. Dale then build a fence that runs the entire length of the north end and entrance to the Association's subdivision. There are a lot of angles that are not 90 degrees, so it required an extra eye for precision and detail. The fence gate is simple but elegant.
