He came & did an appraisal of how much it would cost.  He came when he said he'd be here.  Worked very hard pulling up the subfloor & came back next day & finished up subfloor, then started the laminate flooring install & finished up the third day.  Looks awesome.  Thanks Craig.

He was very prompt in getting quote to us and worked with our tight schedule to fit us in. We had someone else rip up the old carpeting and so it was difficult to to know exactly what the condition of the floor would be in. There were a few spots that were bad that he repaired for us at a reasonable rate and also was able to install the baseboards which wasn't in the original quote but charged us the home depot price of the material and i believe $50 an hour for install. Which is really what all the handymen charge as an hourly rate i've found.
He did a fantastic job, the floor looks amazing and he did not care one bit that we bought the laminate at costco on a super deal for like .86 a foot.
I would definitely hire him again.

It was a three day job.

I think that I would probably use him. He was very polite. He came and did the estimate. He was very prompt, polite and courteous. His price was around the range. He seemed to be professional.

I originally contacted Craid Schagunn to do the whole job, but he needed help due to the size of the job and the time constraints in getting it done, se he called his friend Kevin Kuhlman to assist on the job. I worked with both of them and they were both very professional and answered my many questions and met all of my demands. I would definitely use either one of these individuals for any future carpet jobs. Craig also specializes in tile work and so if I ever need that done, I will call him on that.

Before contacting Craig about my job, I also had another company give me a bid. Quote a little higher, but they were booked up for several weeks out. Craig and Kevin were able to get on the job as soon as I could get the carpet. I purchased the carpet from Great Floors in Portland, where I got a very good deal on the carpet. Craig and Kevin at no cost to me even though I did not purchase the carpet through them, picked up the carpet for me.

They were on time and completed the whole job in two days as they said they would. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up after they left and took all of our old carpet away to the dump. All part of the cost of the bid.

The entire job went off without a hitch and I am very happy.

Craig was on time and reasonably priced, was friendly, fast, professional and did an excellent job. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends.
