I was referred by a tile contractor, I went to the store, I waited for a while to get waited on, but when actually engaged by a sales rep the process went well, the rep was knowledgeable, and worked very hard to accommodate me.  The tile/trim pieces were of very good quality.  The delivery date was honored on time.  I was happy !

I bought carpet. They provided excellent service. I had a small problem and Jennifer was able to take care of it. I was paranoid that the carpet would exactly match my sample. They allowed me to see my carpet at the store as soon as it arrived, so I felt comfortable.

Both Jennifer and Erika were very knowledgeable and helpful. Their familiarity with the vast amount of material in the store is impressive, and they can suggest similar but less expensive alternatives if you take a liking to a material that's over budget. If you have questions they don't know the answer to, they will offer to contact a sales rep to get your questions answered. You can check out sample boards to look at materials in your own home, and they also go to the effort to order larger samples of the specific material that you are interested in.

OVERALL, THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THE LAYOUT OF THE SHOWROOM WAS SO SO. IT WAS A LITTLE CHAOTIC BECAUSE THE SHOW ROOM WAS BEING REMODELED AND IT WAS CHALLENGING TO FIND PRICES, ETC. THE SALES PEOPLE SEEMED HARRIED AND OVERWORKED. IT TOOK AWHILE TO GET SOME HELP.
