 + -1 moreEXCEPTIONAL. DOUG REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS ABOUT AND MANAGED TO REMOVE LITERALLY THOUSANDS OF UNWANTED VIRUSES AND POP-UPS. HE ALSO HELPED US BY PUTTING ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE ON THE MACHINE. IT RAN GREAT WHEN WE GOT IT BACK.
Description of Work: OUR HOME COMPUTER HAD BEEN HAVING SERIOUS OPERATING SYSTEM PROBLEMS DUE TO VIRUS INFECTIONS. FINALLY IT STOPPED WORKING. WE TOOK THE COMPUTER IN TO GET IT FIXED AND THE VIRUSES REMOVED.
