SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND STRESS AND GO TO CPR. THEY ROCK !!!!!!!!!!! Less than 7 months ago I took my Samsung phone to Paul at COMPWRONG. The first thing he tried to do is sell me another phone. The error message on my phone said water damage. He collected $100 from me before he ever even looked at it. After a couple days I called and he said to come in after lunch and it would be ready to go. I got there at 12:30 and had to wait an hour to get my phone back. The phone would not power up so he plugged it into a charger. After a few minutes he was able to get it to come on and then tried to charge me for the repair AGAIN! I showed him the receipt and he said nothing. Before I got to my car it went off again. I plugged it into my car charger and after a few minutes it came on. By the time I got home it was off again. It had the same water damage error message and I noticed the back cover was not sealed either. I called him back and he said the battery needed to be replaced because it was swollen. ***??? I took it back again and after three more days he called and said it was done. I went there and waited ANOTHER HOUR to get my phone because the sealant needed to dry. ***? It would not power up so he plugged it into a charger. After a few minutes it came on and I took it home. When I plugged it into a charger it did nothing. After several hours it began to charge. Last week the battery took a ****. I decided to take it to CPR. They said compwrong put some cheap after market battery in there. CPR fixed it in less than 2 hours. They put a new Samsung battery in for $60.00 and it works fabulous! BEWARE... THIS GUY AT COMPWRONG IS A CROOK !!!!

Eventually they gave us another phone that the employee said he was his. The comprite employees changed their story 4 times, lied to us repeatedly, and were generally unprofessional.  Don't ever take anything to them for work.
