I called around to get quotes for replacing ink pads on an Epsom printer and got quotes for $107 and $47. I decided to buy a new printer instead. Later when I realized the new printer wouldn't print on some print media, I decided to fix the old Epson and have two working printers. Since they had given me the lowest quote, I took the printer to Compass Micro approximately 10 a.m. Friday morning. They stated that they could probably get it done in a few hours. Instead, they called me within the hour that the work was completed and I was able to pick it up while still in their area, rather than do the 20 mile round trip to my house and back. I was very grateful for that. The two staff people I dealt with were friendly and professional. If I have printer problems in the future, I will definitely seek their services.

This business does not work on HP printers, so he did refer me to another business for future needs. He was very nice and professional, and I would use them again if I had the need.
